Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any service. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Ellis’ Elite Pet Care offers professional dog walking, pet sitting, and related pet care services as agreed upon at the time of booking. All services are provided with the utmost care and attention.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
Full payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept cash or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before service) are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at our discretion.

4. Pet Behaviour and Health

All pets must be non-aggressive and in good health.
Clients must inform us of any behavioural issues or health concerns prior to booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows aggressive behaviour or poses a risk to staff or other animals.
All dogs must be assessed for suitability before joining group walks to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every participant. This includes being comfortable with travel, including entering and exiting vehicles and crates.

5. Vaccinations and Licensing

All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and licensed as required by local laws.
Proof of vaccination may be requested before service begins.

6. Emergencies and Veterinary Care

In the event of a pet emergency, we will make every effort to contact the owner.
If we cannot reach the owner, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from necessary emergency decisions made in good faith.

Ellis’ Elite Pet Care is insured and will take all reasonable precautions to protect your home and pets.
However, we are not liable for pet injuries, loss, illness, or death that occurs outside of our control.
We are not responsible for damage caused by your pet during our service period.

9. Weather Policy

Walks may be shortened or rescheduled in cases of extreme weather (e.g., lightning, heavy snow, excessive heat).
Pet safety is our priority, and alternative arrangements may be made as needed.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

All client and pet information will be kept confidential and used only to provide the best service possible.

11. Photos and Social Media

We may take photos of your pet during service for updates or social media, unless otherwise requested in writing.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
