Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you cover?
I currently offer services in Keyworth, Ruddington, Cotgrave and surrounding areas. If you're just outside this range, feel free to contact me—I may still be able to help!
Are you insured?
Yes! I am fully insured to give you peace of mind while your pets are in my care.
Do you offer meet-and-greets before the first walk?
Absolutely. I always recommend a free meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pet, understand their needs, and answer any questions.
What happens during a solo dog walk?
Solo walks are one-on-one outings tailored to your dog’s pace and personality. I focus on safe exercise, mental stimulation, and lots of positive attention.
Can you walk reactive or anxious dogs?
Yes! I have experience with nervous and reactive dogs. Solo walks allow me to give them the calm, focused environment they need.
Do you offer weekend or evening walks?
Yes, depending on availability. Just get in touch to discuss your needs and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. In extreme weather, I may shorten the walk and spend the remaining time indoors playing, cuddling, or doing enrichment activities.
What animals do you care for besides dogs?
I also care for cats, rabbits, and small animals. At-home visits can include feeding, litter changes, playtime, and companionship.
How do I pay for services?
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash. I’ll send an invoice or receipt as needed.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
