Would happily recommend Ellis, have booked her several times to check in on my cat when I go away.
Her communication, right from arranging the meet and greet, was fantastic, very responsive and professional.
Whilst I’m away, she proactively keeps in touch with daily photos of my cat from each of her visits.
It is clear my cat is happy and relaxed and trusts Ellis, and when I get home she is happy to see me but also chilled and unconcerned which is a really good sign.
I always feel very reassured throughout, and that my precious baby is in safe hands!

Ellis has been walking my 2,5 year old very lively GS dog since the beginning of last July. She has established a good relationship with Teijo and Teijo cannot wait for the walks!
I find Ellis trustworthy, calm ,and most importantly, she has control over Teijo.
Ellis keeps us well informed about Teijo and if there are any chances to the timetable.

Shes always communicative about when she'll be arriving and sends lovely pictures afterward.

We have a very hyper working golden retriever and Ellis is absolutely amazing with her. Ellis has been incredible. We came across Ellis when were in desperate need of a dog walker for our puppy over a year ago. From the outset Ellis has been so professional, so proactive with communication and always sends great photos from their walks. Our dog always looks so happy on the walks Ellis takes her on. She understands what our dog, Jupiter, needs and we know Jupiter is safe with Ellis. She’s done such a brilliant job with Jupiter that when we go away we have Ellis pet sit in our house to look after Jupiter and our cat Olive. It’s such a relief going on holiday knowing our pets are being looked after in our own home by someone we trust. Ellis sends frequent updates and leaves the house clean and tidy. She is honestly fantastic and there is no one else I’d trust our pets with. She is just so great with both of them.

Ellis dog sits for our 3 rescue dogs who can be a bit mistrustful of humans. But they love and adore her and she cares for them like they are her own. I have no hesitation in leaving my fur babies with her.

I 100% recommend Ellis for any pet service. My German Shepherd, Amber, absolutely loves her to bits. Myself and my husband both work full-time, so need a little help with walks. Ellis comes 3 times a week, and she is trusted with her own door key. She always sends me pictures and videos of Amber, she always looks beaming with happiness 😊 She also lets me know if Amber has been off etc too. Couldn't ask for anyone better!! xx
